Boiled rice - 100 gms.
Egg or Plain noodles - 100 gms.
Carrot - 50 gms.
Cabage - 50 gms.
Salt - to taste.
Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp.
Curry and coriander leaves for garnishing.
Oil - 5 tsp.
method of preparation
Boil the noodles in a hot boiling water for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes drain out the water.
wash the noodles using cold water and take from the water.
Pour 5 tsp. of oil in a pan and add carrot, cabage and curry leaves.
Saute for 5 minutes. Now take out half a quantity of sauted vegetables and keep aside.
Now add garam masala powder, soya sauce to the remaining vegetables.
Saute for 2 minutes now add the noodles and fry for 2 minutes and keep aside.
Take another pan and add the remaining sauted vegetables, coriander leaves, salt and boiled rice.
Fry for 3 minutes.
Take a bowl and add the noodles 1 ladder and rice 1 ladder.
Mix all the rice and noodles together.
And serve hot with sauce and cauliflower pakoda.
